Human Resources Leader

Rosemarie Eppinger, MS, SPHR is a Human Resources Leader, who combines an extensive background in HR with expertise in Organizational Development. She has been involved with the field of Human Resources since 1989 when she made a career change from line management positions. Starting in Recruiting she moved quickly into working in multiple HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Executive Compensation and Learning and Development. She has strengths in aligning HR strategies to organizational strategies for improved business performance. Rosemarie has worked in various capacities, from senior level HR and OD practitioner to the head of HR to external consultant. Rosemarie served as President of the Greater Valley Forge HR Association and currently holds the position of Chair of the Presidents’ Circle. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from West Chester State University and her Master’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University.

Louis Stricoff, M.Ed, was the Founder and President, and now the Executive Director, of the 7 year-old PA/DE/NJ and NY/NYC Metro regional chapters of the United States Distance Learning Association. Under his daily guidance, and with the support of a Board of Directors, the PA/DE/NJ & NY/NYC Metro Distance Learning Associations have grown into highly successful and vibrant regional chapters meeting the ever-evolving needs of its constituents. His 20 plus years of experience includes perspectives from the client, vendor, and academic sides of the Distance/e-Learning landscape. Presently, as a Business Development Consultant, he proudly represents Emantras, a global human performance improvement organization providing e-Learning production services and innovative “bleeding edge” educational technologies to the academic, government, non-profit and corporate sectors.

Rick AlcantaraRick Alcantara
Founder, Tara Communications LLC

Rick Alcantara is the award-winning founder and principal of Tara Communications LLC. Over the last 17 years, he has become one of the region’s leading experts in online communications and communication planning and research. He has helped companies as diverse as American Airlines, Exelon, Zone Telecom, Volunteers of America and the City of Woodbury analyze, plan, design and develop their outreach efforts. He has helped clients increase revenue, reduce costs, attract donors, engage customers and educate media.

In addition to his Internet and planning expertise, Rick advises clients on social media and employee, change and contingency communications.

Rick obtained his master’s degree in public relations from Rowan University and his bachelor’s degree in communications from Susquehanna University. Rick is a frequent speaker, writer and online commentator on public relations strategies and issues.

Sr. Vice President, Marketing and Client Strategy, Madison Performance Group

As Senior Vice President, Marketing and Client Strategy for Madison Performance Group, Mike is an authority on the latest trends and issues surrounding the design and development of employee recognition programs. Mike works with leading executives to define program strategies that minimize costs, deliver a higher level of motivational impact to participants and broader planning flexibility to stakeholders, while also offering the financial controls and returns that sponsoring companies demand. 

A frequent speaker at industry conferences, Mike brings over 15 years of experience in web-based programs and provides insight on how the latest tools and technologies help optimize incentive investments.

He is the president of The Performance Improvement Council, (PIC) a professional organization of performance marketing executives collectively focused on strengthening the business case for reward and recognition solutions. He is also a board member of the Incentive Marketing Organization (IMA). He earned his MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University and has guest lectured at various colleges across the country.   

Ed SteinbergEd Steinberg
Senior Relationship Manager, LinkedIn

As an employee of LinkedIn, Ed Steinberg is responsible for providing unique recruiting solutions for employers that improve the quality of their hires while improving their productivity and effectiveness. With its network of over 34 million members, LinkedIn is one of the largest social networking sites on the internet. His executive experience includes service as Vice President of Human Resources for StarCite, where he oversaw the global HR integration of StarCite as it merged with OnVantage. This included infrastructure implementation for offices in the Americas, Europe and Asia. Not just an HR professional, but a seasoned business partner, he helped Synygy grow with 12 consecutive years of profitable revenue growth. His international experience includes global staffing for offices in India, Romania, Germany and China, On behalf of his organizations, his efforts have received award-winning status from Workforce Magazine and The Rosen Group. He has experience in sales and operations with Pharmaceutical, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Manufacturing clients. He is educated from The George Washington University and comes to the Delaware Valley HR Partnership Summit as SPHR certified.

Sudipto BanerjeeSudipto Banerjee, SPHR, PMP
Global IT Director for HR, Payroll, Public Affairs, Campbell Soup Company

Sudipto Banerjee has more than 20 years of experience working as an Advisor, Consultant, Trainer and a visiting faculty, besides his current role as the Global IT Director for HR/Payroll/Public Affairs for Campbell Soup Company.

Prior to his current assignment he worked at various levels for IBM Global Business Services. His invaluable experience includes leading complex, very large and demanding multicultural projects where he was providing strategy, vision and leadership for architecting global HR solutions. He has deep technical, functional and business knowledge necessary for architecting solutions leading to successful implementation while ensuring true benefits to the client.

Sudipto has contributed to publish white papers and technical guidelines as a point of view of marketing and implementing HR Technical solutions.

He received his Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering and later Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management both from prestigious institutes of India.

Ashley E. AndersAshley E. Anders
Senior National Manager of Organizational Effectiveness for Comcast Corporation

Ashley Anders serves Comcast in the areas of leadership and professional development, organizational dynamics, team effectiveness and performance management.  To improve performance and productivity, Ashley partners with the divisions to create, maintain, and enhance leadership training programs and develop creative learning solutions to support over 100,000 employees. Ashley works with various departments at Comcast headquarters and within the field to identify development needs to achieve business outcomes.  Supporting Comcast high potential programs by facilitating learning and coaching participants is also part of Ashley’s responsibilities. Ashley works with universities and colleges across the United States to provide executive development programs for senior leadership. In the areas of team dynamics and leadership growth, Ashley applies assessments such as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, The Birkman Method, Firo-B and the DiSC Inventory.  She is certified to facilitate several third party programs such as Facilitative Leadership, Developing Extraordinary Coaches, and The Game of Business Finance and Strategy.  Prior to coming to Comcast, Ashley oversaw leadership training and performance management for the City of Philadelphia.  

Ashley attended West Chester University and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and the University of Baltimore to complete her Master’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.  She has served on the board for the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) for over seven years, and is certified as a Professional of Human Resources (PHR) through SHRM.  Ashley is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT) and is a volunteer for the Business and Arts Council of Philadelphia. She has also taught as an adjunct professor at Temple University.

For over 12 years, Anthony has pushed the boundaries of possibilities by developing innovative communication strategies in a variety of disciplines.  In the early days of e-commerce, he was one of the first to recognize the power of the internet as a powerful marketing and customer relationship building tool. Anthony developed highly successful online marketing strategies that integrated online customer service, advertising, and public relations.  As a teacher in inner-city Philadelphia, he developed pioneering programs that challenged disadvantaged students to make personal connections to historical events and literature.  Currently, Anthony is harnessing his diverse background and utilizing his innovative abilities to spearhead Comcast’s virtual learning initiatives for leadership and professional development training.  By leveraging cutting-edge technology, Anthony has opened access to highly engaging and interactive live training sessions to Comcast’s 100,000 employees nationwide.   He has also converted Comcast’s flagship frontline management program into a comprehensive, six-week, virtual experience that incorporates live interactive virtual sessions, intensive self-study exercises, and a dynamic online learner community.
