Rudy KarsanNooruddin (Rudy) S. Karsan is the chief executive officer of Kenexa. He has also served as the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 1997. Before co-founding Kenexa’s predecessor company in 1987, Mr. Karsan had extensive experience leading Marketing Actuarial for the Mercantile & General Insurance Company in Toronto. Mr. Karsan has been recognized for his entrepreneurial achievements by the Kauffman Foundation and the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year program and also by the Aga Khan Economic Planning Board. He has held a number of leadership roles in the community, including Chairman of Junior Achievement’s board of directors in the Delaware Valley, and President of the Aga Khan Northeast Council for USA. Mr. Karsan is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in actuarial science from the University of Waterloo.
Steven Glauser, PhDSteven E. Glauser, Ph.D. is Vice President, and a Senior Consultant in Right Management’s Talent Management Practice and serves as a Global Subject Matter Expert for Executive Team Effectiveness and Strategic Alignment.
Steven is a consulting psychologist with over 35 years in the field of human behavior. Some of his many areas of expertise include senior team strategic alignment, executive coaching, leading organizations through cultural and organizational change, and building ethics and values into the enterprise from the boardroom to the “shop floor”.
Steven has worked with such diverse organizations as Unisys, Wyeth-Ayerst, Rolls-Royce Aerospace, Nuclear Electric Insurance, CareFirst, Cephaon, Merck, Constellation Energy, Janney Montgomery Scott, Kraft Foods, AstraZeneca, Urban Land Institute, Mercy Health Systems, Johnson & Johnson, Levick Strategic Communications, BellSouth, Verizon, PECO Energy, Centocor, Unilever, Altria, Beyer, Fannie Mae, Barclay Bank, Independence Blue Cross, FINRA, and various local, state and Federal agencies.
Prior to Right, Steven was President of LeverEdge Consulting Group dedicated to executive leadership and organization effectiveness, business ethics and values-based cultures.
Past experience has also included 10 years with Unisys - and its parent company, Sperry - as a Global Director of Organization Development with line and staff assignments in North America, Europe and Asia.
He has been an adjunct and Executive Coach at the Aresty Institute for Executive Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and a featured speaker at numerous seminars and workshops. He is the author of numerous White Papers and studies in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Dynamic Change Management, Cultural Diversity in the Workplace and Executive Team Dynamics.
A licensed psychologist, Steven holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, and Masters Degrees in both Organization Behavior and Psychology, and a Ph.D. in clinical psychology.
Terry PearceTerry A. Pearce is the Vice President Human Resources for Severn Trent Services, Inc. in Fort Washington, PA. STS is a leader in water and wastewater technology, operations, and analytical services. Terry is responsible for the human resource needs and programs of more than 3,000 employees in 10 countries.
Terry has been with STS since January 2000. Prior to joining STS, Terry was Director Human Resource Development for Independence Blue Cross in Philadelphia, PA. She also was Assistant Vice President Human Resources at The Vanguard Group, Inc in Valley Forge, PA. For both organizations, she served in a variety of human resource functions over a period of 16 years.
Terry graduated with a B.A. Communications, minor in Business from Shippensburg University. She is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM).
Doug HardyDoug Hardy was the Editor-in-Chief of Monster.com and currently runs Monster’s publishing program for employers and job seekers. He is the co-author of three books in the Monster Careers series (with Jeff Taylor); FastWeb College Gold: The Step-by-Step Guide to Paying for College (with Mark Kantrowitz); and Finding Keepers: The Monster Guide to Hiring and Holding the World's Best Employees (with Steve Pogorzelski and Jesse Harriott). The books have been translated into half a dozen foreign languages. A certified job and career transition coach, Hardy gives presentations and conducts workshops on career-related topics around the country for executives, human resource professionals and job seekers. He also works one-to-one with executives in career transition.
Prior to joining Monster in 1999, Hardy directed book, magazine, and web publishing businesses in New York and Boston for such media companies as Random House, The New York Times Magazine Co., and AT&T New Media.
